Cooking School
At the Delish cooking school I have had the opportunity to express my passions for both food and teaching, utilizing my knowledge and personal experience I have developed unique, diversified classes and seminars.
With a contagious excitement and enthusiasm for cooking, our chefs will keep the momentum going strong while bringing the thorough, comfortable and responsive teaching style of culinary veterans to these fun classes.
We are proud to introduce the latest addition to our teaching team: Chef Kristina Kellogg. Chef Kristina was born and raised in Buffalo and is thrilled to have this unique opportunity to showcase her talents at Delish in heart of the wonderfully exciting Elmwood Village. "Chef T" began her culinary education at the knee of her French Grandmother "Arlene" who is her inspiration for all things culinary. Chef T now has more than 16 years of experience under her belt working in some of Buffalo's finest esatblishments including the opening Executive Chef position at Tabree Restaurant and Muse at the Albright Knox Art Gallery. Chef T is already cooking up a storm and adding her modern twist to traditional fare in her classes. She is excited to share helpful tips and all her professional skills with you.
